1) Who We Are

BHADE CAB Admin (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a platform that connects cab owners, drivers, and customers to post and discover trip requirements and availability. We operate the mobile app and accompanying APIs and admin tools.

2) Scope

This policy applies to the BHADE CAB Admin Android application, our backend APIs, and the admin portal. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

3) Data We Collect

  • Account Data: Full name, mobile number, email (optional), profile photo, address, and verification documents (e.g., Aadhar, PAN, Driver’s License) that you submit.
  • Usage Data: Trip/requirement posts, messages, in-app interactions, timestamps, notification tokens (via Firebase Cloud Messaging).
  • Device & Log Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, app version, crash logs, diagnostic data.
  • Payment Data: For premium membership or ads, limited payment metadata (e.g., payment ID, status). Actual card/bank details are processed by payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, Wise) — we don’t store full card numbers.
  • Media: Photos or documents you upload for verification or listings.
  • Location (optional): If you enable location for features like nearby trips.

Third-party SDKs/services we may use: Firebase (Analytics/FCM), Razorpay (payments), PayPal/Wise (payments on the website), WhatsApp deep links for communication. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

4) How We Use Your Data

  • Provide, maintain, and improve app features and services.
  • Authenticate users (OTP), prevent fraud, and ensure platform safety.
  • Show relevant listings/requirements and enable partner discovery.
  • Process payments and manage premium memberships.
  • Send notifications (e.g., trip updates, security alerts, offers).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

6) Sharing & International Transfers

  • Service Providers: Trusted vendors (e.g., hosting, analytics, payments) under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal & Safety: If required by law, to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud.
  • Business Transfers: In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred as permitted by law.

Data may be stored or processed in locations outside your state/country. We take steps to protect data per applicable laws.

7) Data Retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion (see “Your Rights”). Certain records (e.g., invoices) may be kept as required by law.

8) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (e.g., HTTPS, access controls, hashed passwords). However, no system is 100% secure. Please keep your account information confidential and report any suspected breach to hemtravels3800@gmail.com.

9) App Permissions We May Request

  • Phone/SMS: For OTP verification or quick-dial actions you initiate.
  • Notifications: To send updates, alerts, and offers (you can manage this in device settings).
  • Storage/Photos/Camera: To upload profile photos or verification documents.
  • Location (optional): To improve relevance of listings near you.

You can change permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without the relevant permission.

10) Your Rights & Choices

  • Access/Update: You can view and update profile details within the app.
  • Delete: You can request account deletion by emailing hemtravels3800@gmail.com. We’ll delete data unless we must retain it by law.
  • Opt-out of Marketing: You can disable promotional notifications in-app/device settings.
  • Consent Withdrawal: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

11) Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps, including deletion where applicable.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes may also be notified in the app.
